Description

Customer service representatives will serve as a liaison between customers, vendors and sales for an electrical supply distributor.

ON-SITE 5 Days/per week

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Duties will include:

Communicating with customers and vendors in a positive and professional manner
Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns as the first point of contact
Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
Maintain and update orders
Completing open order reports for customers
Conveying customer concerns to the salesperson
Working with a team of customer service reps and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
Communicating with vendors and work on expediting material

Skill Requirements:

Interpersonal and customer service skills
Attention to detail
Multitasking skills
Effective time management skills
Email management
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable answering phones
