*Quality Enclosures, Inc., the premier manufacturer of Shower Enclosures and other flat glass products in the Northeast, is looking for a Customer Success Associate (CSR) to join its team as it continues its growth. On the job training is offered. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow personally and professionally. The primary responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist visitors with inquiries, directing them as needed.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and orders.
- Address customer concerns and complaints effectively, identifying escalations when necessary.
- Enter information, quotes, and orders accurately and efficiently while learning about glass and shower enclosure concepts.
- Clear and effective communicator, adept in verbal and written communication.
- Strong problemsolving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and exhibits excellent organizational abilities.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to empathize with customers.
- Typing accurately and efficiently, dedicated, collaborative team player, adaptable to evolving business priorities.
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
