POSITION:
Customer Service Representative

SUMMARY

Fast-paced, fast-growing home and personal care consumer products company, located in Hauppauge, NY, is actively searching for an entry level Customer Service Representative that is passionate about servicing our customers.

JOB FUNCTION

• Responsible for customer PO lifecycle.
• Service multiple customers daily with a timely response to customer's needs, complaints and or resolutions.
• Prioritize customer requests with an emphasis on time management.
• Weekly Reporting on Supply and Demand based on forecast for all customers.
• Works cross functionally to identify potential issues and mitigates all issues timely.
• Works closely with customers and internal teams on new product launches
• Ensures pricing is accurate on all customer PO's before submitting into Visual.
• 24 Hour response time to all customers

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma acceptable. Associate degree preferred.
• 13 years of relative experience.
• Exceptional personality and strong team player that can deal with multiple customers.
• Strong Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Willing and able to work with individuals at all levels of the company.
• Understands the critical nature of customer needs, the importance of response time and sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
• Ability to flex your schedule based on needs of the customer and business.
• Intermediate skill level in MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
