Your future responsibilities include:

  • Receiving error reports for video and audio programs (by phone or in writing)
  • Handling and resolving technical issues (by phone or in writing)
  • Providing customer advice, support, and order processing (by phone or in writing)
  • Documenting error reports and resolutions

Your qualifications for this position are:

  • Completed vocational training in the administrative field or a comparable degree
  • Good and confident use of computers
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Technical affinity is an advantage
  • Resilience, teamwork, and flexibility
