- Communicate with customers with production order receival confirmation.
- Place orders through Salesforce.
- Get shipping quotation for shipping.
- Prepare invoices based on customers' orders.
- Make sure the shipping address is accurate.
- Arrange product shipments (pickup date, prepare packing list).
- Attend weekly production schedule/delivery meeting.
- Communicate with production team to get an accurate lead time.
- Order spare parts manage inventory.
- Update daily shipping report and sales & revenue report.
- Summarize delivery files (Invoice/POD/PO) for revenue reporting.
- Travel to other offices occasionally.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Mandarin/ Chinese in both speaking and writing.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous shipping/production control experience is a plus but not required.

As an order processing specialist, you will provide essential support to the sales team and work with cross-functional teams.
