Mallory Safety and Supply is hiring an Inventory Specialist to join our Onsite team in Fremont, California
Our Inventory Specialist position operates locally in the Fremont area and the role is a dynamic one This position involves inventory, client relations and operations onsite.

Here is how you can make an impact as an Inventory Specialist:
- Replenish PPE and other safety and industrial items in vending machines, lockers, and cabinets
- Maintain inventory accuracy by following process development and quality standards
- Reports and cycle counts to ensure the customer always has stock
- Inspect first aid cabinets, AEDs, eye wash and shower stations, and emergency lights
- Document inspections via virtual reporting software
- Complete detailed audits using a checklist
- Continuous lifting, bending, and walking throughout the shift
Here's is what we are looking for in an Inventory Specialist:
- Previous warehouse, merchandising, and/or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to keep up in a fastpaced environment
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering results
- Creative problemsolving skills
- Proficiency with technology and various software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and write in English
