    Description
    Account Manager

    Our client, a premier local insurance firm, is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers. Duties of this job include answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers.

    Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

    Location


    Honolulu, Oahu

    Pay


    $65,000 a year

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 3 years of experience in property and casualty insurance preferred. Property and casualty license preferred.
    • Previous experience as an Account Manager preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and AMS360 preferred.
    • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
    • Strong organizational skills.
