- Foster strong relationships with assigned clients, becoming their trusted advisor on insurance needs.
- Proactively manage assigned accounts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing client inquiries.
- Assist clients with requests for certificates, policy changes, cancellations, and claims submissions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files within the agency management system.
- Collaborate with Producers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Assist with assembling and presenting proposals to potential clients.
- Secure client signatures, collect payments, and manage follow-up activities.
- Coordinate and implement the delivery of agency and carrier services to clients.
- Prepare summaries of insurance coverage, schedules, and proposals for client review.
- Monitor policy audits and facilitate any necessary corrections.
- Analyze client contracts and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- Adhere to the agency's core values and code of ethics.
- Uphold the agency's established procedures and data management systems.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Property & Casualty license
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance (preferred).
- Strong understanding of business insurance coverage and premium rating methods.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in agency management systems and relevant software.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients.
