    Description

    Location: Bethesda HQ - assigned to project in DMV

    Salary range: $85,000 - $90,000 (with some flexibility).

    Car Allowance and PTO:

    • Receive a monthly car allowance of $450 (personal vehicle required).
    • Enjoy 15 days of paid time off (PTO).
    • Potential relocation package available.

    Project Scope:

    • Manage midsize projects involving interior buildings and renovations.
    • Law offices, government buildings, office spaces

    We are seeking Two Assistant Project Managers to join the team at Harvey Cleary, a reputable construction company. As an APM, you will play a crucial role in project management, ensuring successful execution of construction projects. This position is fully onsite at a job site in the DMV or at the corporate headquarters located in Bethesda, MD.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take meeting minutes during project discussions.
    • Handle submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
    • Keep project documentation up to date.
    • Assist with change orders and project updates.
    • Obtain necessary approvals.
    • Assist with change order management.
    • Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) and Superintendent.
    • Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for potential projects.
    • Estimate labor costs.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree - engineering, construction management - related fields
    • 1-3 years of experience supporting a General Contractor
    • 1-3 years as a Project Engineer, or just became APM
    • OSHA 10/30 = plus
    • Greencard or US Citizen
