Job Description
Sage is seeking an Account Manager for the Specialized Solutions Group Customer for Life team.
You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals and objectives through customer retention, add-on sales, upgrades to existing accounts, and/or migration to Sage subscription products/services while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.
The role will maintain and exceed renewal revenue targets for the Sage Fixed Assets product - Annual budget in excess of $5M USD.
A consultative, value-based selling approach is utilized to increase the adoption and utilization of Sage solutions via renewals, add-ons, upgrades, cross-selling and connected services.
A customer success mindset to drive effective change across critical renewal touchpoints by tracking partner and customer performance while working within the organization to deliver a seamless customer experience.
