    We offer evidence-based business advisory programs, specializing in strategy development and daily operations. Our expertise spans various business functions and enterprise-wide concerns such as business performance management and business process outsourcing.

    ACCOUNT MANAGER

    • Manage executive relationships with members of The Hackett Group's Advisory programs.
    • Achieve a minimum 60% renewal rate for assigned client list.
    • Maximize membership ROI by increasing client engagement through various metrics.
    • Support program growth by taking on additional tasks.
    • Develop and maintain engagement plans for all assigned accounts.
    • Hold assigned Advisors accountable for client engagement.
    • Achieve renewal forecast accuracy within a +/- 10% rate on a quarterly basis.
    • Develop relationships with sponsors and key contacts within client organizations.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional memberships and engagements.
    • Ensure quality and timely delivery of client communications.
    • Facilitate new client onboarding and educate clients on maximizing membership value.
    • Align program value proposition with clients' objectives.
    • Stay updated on program offerings and staff competencies.
    • Maintain compliance with firm policies and procedures.
    • Work on professional development goals and problem-solving skills.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute expertise.
    • Pursue all assigned invoices proactively.
    • Communicate effectively with client executives.
    • Develop written communications consistently.
    • Enhance team skills and capabilities collaboratively.
    • Understand and articulate core methodology and research concepts.
    • Maintain proficiency in client management tools.
    • Support Advisory events for a seamless client experience.
