    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive at The Hatch Agency. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, and driving business growth. This role is primarily based in San Francisco, CA, but offers flexibility for remote work.

    Qualifications
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in client relationship management and business development
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in CRM software
    • Experience in the technology or startup industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
