    Job Description

    Job Title: HR Coordinator

    Location: Fully onsite, Philadelphia, PA

    Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    An Addison Group client is looking for a Sales Assistant to join their team

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
    • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
    • Provide support for HR policies and procedures.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
    • Assist with benefits administration and performance management.
    • Help organize and coordinate employee training programs.
    • Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in HR coordination or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
