    Wir suchen dich als Untersttzung in unserem Kundendienst. Whrend der intensiven Einfhrungsphase von SAP S/4HANA strken wir unseren Kundenservice mit einem zustzlichen Teammitglied. Diese Anstellung wird ber ein externes Partnerunternehmen gettigt.

    Dein Aufgabenbereich:

    Entgegennehmen und Weiterleiten von Kundenbestellungen, Priorisieren von Anfragen und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partnern

    Kontakt mit Spediteuren und Organisieren der Warentransporte, inklusive Ausstellung der Export- und Importdokumente

    Bearbeiten von Akkreditiven

    Erstellen und berwachen von Angeboten und Ausschreibungen (Ausstellung spezieller Dokumente fr ffentliche Ausschreibungen)

    berprfen von Kreditlimits und Koordinieren mit der Buchhaltung und den Verkaufsleitern

    Bearbeiten von Retouren, Reklamationen, Ausstellen von Gutschriften/Lastschriften

    Deine Qualifikationen:

    Mehrjhrige, fundierte Erfahrung im Kundendienst eines international ttigen Unternehmens

    Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Transport, Import und Export, Zoll

    Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Flair fr die gngigen MS-Office Anwendungen und andere Tools
