- Maintain and deepen relationships with partners and clients to build trust and understand evolving business requirements.
- Utilize Salesforce to monitor leads and track sales data.
- Set pricing strategies and craft proposals to secure sales and achieve commercial goals.
- Continuously recruit and match candidates to meet immediate and future client needs.
- Oversee the integration and management of recruited consultants, fostering a dedicated team of employees.
- This role carries significant autonomy and requires a strategic mindset focused on growth and team development.
- Must hold a BS or MS in Engineering or Business.
- A minimum of 8 years in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management, including at least 2 years in Sales Leadership.
- Experience in Engineering Services is an absolute must, providing services to companies beyond one's own organization.
- Expertise in engaging with major automotive companies and developing new business opportunities.
- Proven track record of building business. International, offshore market experience is preferred.
- Experience with an established a network of engineering-related contacts and customers.
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- The ability to have a flexible schedule and availability as needed.

Summary
As the Sales Director, you will lead a team of Engineering Services Account Managers and Team Managers, driving revenue and profit through strategic leadership and robust execution. Your core responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive business plan, providing direct coaching to elevate team performance, and continuously recruiting top talent.
The role encompasses the development and nurturing of a consultant team, the enhancement of our client's dynamic work environment via ongoing engagement and the creation of Engineering Services opportunities, along with the identification of new areas for growth. Additionally, you will devise and implement focused sales strategies and cultivate pivotal strategic partnerships to advance the client's business.
This position is ideal for a visionary leader committed to shaping the future of Engineering Services sales and driving our client's company toward new heights of success.
