Description
The Senior HRBP will lead all human resources functions, HR oversight and strategies. This role will be responsible for organizational design, change management, employee relations, performance management, engagement & retention, total rewards, and policies & procedures.
Responsibilities:
Lead initiative on organizational design, talent development, performance management, organizational effectiveness and change management.
Act as key sounding board for all HR related issues and provide strategic HR support to our corporate and global offices
A knowledgeable HR advisor and address employee relations matters
Lead strategic partnerships and culture strategies.
Provide subject matter expertise surrounding employee onboarding, training, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
Mitigate risk by resolving employee relations and conflict issues
Provide coaching to leadership on employee relations issues, talent management and development, and organization design.
Lead the recruitment process.
Facilitate training needs as well as the delivery and tracking of job specific and supervisory training, leveraging the Talent Management team as appropriate.
Partner with organizational management and leadership.
Manage performance review and the annual merit increase processes for employees
Provide subject matter expertise on employment rules and practices
Perform at a high level as a key member of the HR Leadership Team
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required.
Masters degree and/or SPHR a plus.
15+ years of Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner experience.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and strong communication skills.
Both strategic and operational execution for all Human Resources functions
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and HR systems).
Well-developed communication, presentation and negotiation skills together with good persuasion and influencing skills.
