The role will be reporting to the Associate Director, HR.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor for business leaders, offering insights and solutions on HR issues in alignment with business strategies
  • Support annual People programs including compensation reviews, performance reviews, and the employee engagement survey
  • Craft and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and provide clarity on HR initiatives
  • Oversee and refine performance management processes, ensuring they are effective, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Lead and support initiatives related to organizational change, helping the business adapt to shifts in strategy, structure, or culture
  • Implement HR practices that respect and incorporate global workforce diversity, adhering to international standards and cultural sensitivities

Qualifications:


  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and build trusted relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a proven track record in managing complex HR projects and initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to influence leveraging data, coupled with a handson, notasktoosmall mentality
  • Mature, detailoriented, and realistic approach to HR practices, with a high level of cultural awareness and adaptability to global business settingsAbility to handle ambiguity and change, providing leadership and direction in challenging situations
  • Strong preference for prior experience in another other HR specialty such as learning & development, people operations, compensation, recruiting, or benefits who will bring a unique perspective to projects we work on
The base pay range for this position is $90,000-$120,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
