Description
- Movable Ink scales content personalization for marketers through data activated content generation and AI decisioning.
The role will be reporting to the Associate Director, HR.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor for business leaders, offering insights and solutions on HR issues in alignment with business strategies
- Support annual People programs including compensation reviews, performance reviews, and the employee engagement survey
- Craft and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and provide clarity on HR initiatives
- Oversee and refine performance management processes, ensuring they are effective, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals
- Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead and support initiatives related to organizational change, helping the business adapt to shifts in strategy, structure, or culture
- Implement HR practices that respect and incorporate global workforce diversity, adhering to international standards and cultural sensitivities
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and build trusted relationships with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a proven track record in managing complex HR projects and initiatives
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to influence leveraging data, coupled with a handson, notasktoosmall mentality
- Mature, detailoriented, and realistic approach to HR practices, with a high level of cultural awareness and adaptability to global business settingsAbility to handle ambiguity and change, providing leadership and direction in challenging situations
- Strong preference for prior experience in another other HR specialty such as learning & development, people operations, compensation, recruiting, or benefits who will bring a unique perspective to projects we work on
