    SUMMARY:

    As we embark on an exciting journey of growth and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager/HR Business Partner to join our team.

    Reporting to the US head of HR, you will play a key role in building a new pharmaceutical entity, ensuring HR compliance, and helping shape our human resources strategy for this new entity.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Total Rewards:


    • In partnership with the corporate and regional Total Rewards team, conduct market analyses, and make salary recommendations to enhance the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of total compensation offerings.
    • Develop and manage total compensation, including base salaries, commission or bonus plans to align with the objectives of the Business.
    Training and Development:


    • Identify training and development needs and collaborate with departments to design and implement relevant training programs.
    • Oversee performance management processes and contribute to succession planning.
    • Support the skills development and the career management of employees in the scope, offer managers action plans (internal mobility, skills development, return to performance plan, people review).
    HR Planning:


    • Partner with department heads to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies to support them and provide guidance on the right go to market model.
    • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
    • Listen to and influence leaders in the HR strategy of their business, support the economic performance of the company alongside the business in its actions to improve productivity and efficiency (Rationalization, Excellence, evolution of organizations, KPIs steering, implement & secure processes).
    • Manage salary costs budget and headcount.
    HR Compliance:


    • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
    Employee Relations:


    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
    • Other duties as requested by the Business
    Talent Acquisition:


    • Partner with TA Specialist with recruitment and onboarding process
    Competencies:


    • Ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's talent landscape and expertise in recruiting and onboarding top-tier talents.
    • Skill in developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop key talent.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Required Education and Experience:


    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Work Environment /Physical Demands /Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:


    • This job operates in a clerical, office setting.
    • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
    • This is a sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool, as necessary.
    • The normal working hours of the office are from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
    • Full time position with 2 to 3 days per week of remote work.
