- Assist in all aspects of the management and maintenance of the Company, multi-campus Window based network.
- Build, configure, repair and maintain workstations and laptops.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone and electronically.
- Move equipment as necessary.
- Train and support end users in all aspects of systems operation.
- Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Level II Background clearance
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
- High School diploma or equivalent
- AA degree in computer-related preferred
- Technical certifications (A+, MCP) a plus
