    Description
    Golden Heart Senior Care is looking for an Office Coordinator. You will be responsible for many tangible and intangible things in the office. You will be responsible for bringing a shiny, sunny and upbeat mood to the office daily. You will help develop structure in the office.

    You will do all and not limited to hiring, scheduling, filling, organizing, client and employee contact, disciplinary actions, rewarding actions and you will have a real role in developing the culture of the office.

    You will have two direct reports in the office to help you. You will have 70 employees in the field who report to you. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground level and grow with a company as we grow. If you like helping, developing and organizing people, this could be a great opportunity for you.
