    Are you a seasoned tax professional with a passion for leading and managing tax settlement processes? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Sales Director of Tax Settlement. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, optimizing tax settlements, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

    The Sales Director of Tax Settlement is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing and managing an organization's tax settlement processes. This role involves providing strategic leadership to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, negotiating with tax authorities, and mitigating potential risks associated with tax matters. The director collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as legal, finance, and accounting, to streamline processes and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are essential for success in this role, along with a deep understanding of tax laws and the ability to navigate complex tax issues. The director plays a key role in continuous improvement initiatives within the tax settlement function, driving efficiency and optimizing outcomes for the organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the tax settlement team, ensuring the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
    • Tax Compliance: Oversee and manage tax settlement processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
    • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with tax authorities and external parties to settle tax-related matters efficiently and cost-effectively.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential tax risks, working proactively to prevent and resolve issues.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and accounting, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to tax settlement.
    • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the tax settlement function, implementing best practices and streamlining processes.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present reports to senior management on tax settlement activities, outcomes, and potential areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax settlement or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
    • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to stay informed about changes in the tax landscape.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to analyze complex tax issues, develop solutions, and make strategic recommendations.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
