    Our esteemed estate planning law firm client is searching for a Trust & Estates Paralegal with at least 3 years of professional experience to join their new Newport Beach, CA office. As their firm expands, they seek a dedicated full-time paralegal to thrive in a collaborative setting, presenting opportunities for career advancement and engaging challenges.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare probate pleadings, federal estate tax returns, trust/estate accountings, and funding calculations Manage trust administration, probate, and conservatorships
    • Draft initial versions of trusts, petitions, proposed orders, declarations, and supplements
    • File court documents, including e-filing
    • Coordinate court appearances and organize case files for hearings
    • Act as a liaison with clients, law firms, trustees, settlement brokers, financial advisors, bond companies, court clerks, and other stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in trust & estates law or a related field
    • Full-time office availability (hybrid options available)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Actionstep is a plus
