    Operations Manager - TAX Campaign

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead our Tax Campaign team.

    Position Overview:
    • As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our tax campaign.
    • Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize operations to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
    • The Operations Manager will collaborate with management to execute business strategies, manage our operations and guarantee customer retention.
    • You need to maximize profits by driving marketing initiatives to optimize sales while ensuring the security of company assets. Ideal candidates are resourceful, visionary and driven.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and Implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support the successful execution of the Tax Campaign
    • Manage a team of tax professionals and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of the campaign.
    • Monitor campaign progress, track key performance indicators (KPI's) and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting areas of improvement and suggesting actionable solutions.
    • Identify process bottlenecks and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations and internal policies.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and proactively seek opportunities for innovation and optimization within the tax campaign.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the tax or financial services industry.
    • Strong knowledge of tax regulations, procedures, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
    • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in using technology and software applications related to tax preparation and operations management.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
