- High School Diploma and at least 5 years of experience in an administrative support role is required
- Associate degree or higher is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Vision experience is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact well with clients and subcontractors
- The job duties are diverse and require quick, accurate and consistent decision making
- Organized and exhibiting good judgment and the flexibility to adapt to priority changes and demands.
- Must be able to apply software applications to respond to requests with attention to detail and accuracy
- The Project Administrative Assistant will support up to 10 professional service consultants
- Experience using Deltek Vision
- Primary Responsibilities: Project setup, review and produce project deliverable including letters, documents and reports using various software packages.
- Ensure that the resulting work products are accurate and professional.
- Set up and maintain location files shared on network server.
- Assign and maintain access privileges to appropriate files and servers.
- Maintain Government Markets organization/contacts web pages as needed. Manage projects in areas of responsibility.
- Effectively communicates, verbal and written.
- Demonstrates full knowledge of each project's status and goals.
- Performs tasks across multiple disciplines as required to bring about successful project completion.
- Responds to customers in a timely manner.
