- 10+ years of sales and marketing management experience.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Expertise in designing and implementing sales processes.
- Charismatic leader with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in HOA operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new programs.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to various locations.
- Capable of lifting up to fifteen (15) pounds as needed.
