    Job DescriptionSalary: $175K - $200K DOE

    Summary:

    The Vice President of Sales will oversee the sales team ensuring the department is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. To succeed as VP of Sales, you should be focused on optimizing the sales processes and building lasting relationships with others within and outside of the business.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Hire, train, and manage sales team so they are successful and hit their top line revenue goals as well as their growth objectives.
    • Executing new growth directives for the local Sales Reps within their designated geographical territory.
    • Develop long-term sales strategies for our business lines.
    • Working in conjunction with the VP of Operations, help to ensure sales and operations are working cohesively to achieve a common goal.
    • Develop and review budgets to achieve projected top line revenue.
    • Working with the human resources department to create job descriptions and hire competent personnel. Implement staff evaluation parameters, right person right seat.
    • As a member of the executive management team, work to meet company objectives.
    • Working with departmental heads to develop financial plans.
    • Participate in industry associations and events.
    • Conduct market and SWOT analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
    • Provide quarterly and annual planning of company sales objectives.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for the management team.

    • Experience with managing a Sales Team.
    • Travel to all areas/locations.
    • Remote working with little to no direct supervision.

    Required Skills:

    • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and with written skills to customers and employees. Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, word, excel and outlook.
    • Must have organizational skills and be detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and accounts.
    • Strong math and analytical skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Able to meet deadlines.
    • Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
    • Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
