    Temporary Facilities Assistant - New York, United States - Career Group

    Our client, an IT services company, is seeking temporary facilities assistant This will be an ongoing temporary role starting asap.

    Hours/Schedule: 9am - 6pm, Monday – Friday

    Location: Midtown, NY

    Looking for someone who is dedicated and a hard worker, with a positive attitude.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with mailroom duties as assigned
    • Receiving deliveries
    • Stocking pantries
    • Making sure all deliveries are brought to the right place/delivered to the right person
    • Picking up lunch deliveries from the dock and bringing them to the appropriate floor
    • Ad hoc projects

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs – dolly would be provided
    • Must be dependable, reliable and people-oriented
    • Problem-solving and professional work ethic
    • Ability to work with professionals of all types
