    HYBRID TEMP WORKDAY REPORTING ANALYST AT TOP NYC HEALTHCARE FIRM
    Hourly Pay Rate is $59.50 to $64.50 | Temporary Assignment | MUST be Fully Vaccinated
    Position Hybrid with Mixture of Home and In Office | Near Grand Central

    Top NYC Healthcare firm is looking for an experienced data analyst with Workday Experience to join its Human Resources Operations Department as a Workday Reporting Analyst with Staff Augmentation and HCM Reporting Expertise to support Human Resources Insights Delivery. In this role you will focus on using data to provide key workforce insights across the organization.

    This is a currently a Three (3) Month Temporary Assignment with the Possibility to Extend or Go Permanent. Full-time (37.5-hrs to 40-hrs Weekly); Mon-Fri (7.5-hrs to 8-hrs Daily); and 9am-5pm (Eastern). Hybrid NY Tri-state Area with Mixture of in Home and in the Office (TBA) near Grand Central with easy access to public transportation. Laptop will be provided.

    REQUIRED SKILLS
    Ideal candidate(S) will have both Technical Capabilities (dashboard design, reporting and data visualization) plus Business Translation Experience (proven experience using data to drive decision making with internal stakeholders).

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
    • High School Diploma/GED required.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred, in Business, Market Research, Statistics, Economics or Computer Science or related discipline (but not required to be in these disciplines).
    • Master's Degree preferred.
    • HR Background/Experience required.
    • At least Three Plus (3+) years of Relevant Work Experience required.
    • Two Plus (2+) years of experience as a Data Analyst: Connecting data (HR, Finance, Market Research or Operations data preferred) to quickly break down objectives into key questions and information requirements.
    • Experience with Tableau (or other data visualization tools) required.
    • Experience with Alteryx required.
    • Experience with Workday Report Writer/Dashboarding, and Prism is a plus.
    • Microsoft Office Suite Programs Proficiency including advanced Excel.
    • Strong analytical, data visualization, and storytelling skills.
    • Problem solving and critical thinking capability.
    • Workday expertise and ability to advise on best practices.
    • Ability to create models to provide insights on decisions (trends, correlations, "What ifs") and forecasting.
    • Demonstrated experience working with real-world data.
    • Effective Communicator, Quick Learner, Detail-oriented, and Collaborative Team Player.
    • Curious by nature and you take consultative approach to work.
    • Flexible/adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
    • Workday HCM Dashboard (reporting and visualization) Design and Configuration.
    • Help launch Workday's People Analytics Module (AI delivered module).
    • Update current D&I dashboards/insights to match revised Office of Inclusion and Diversity targets/priorities.
    • Modify existing HCM Dashboards to support ongoing data requests at scale - including trending/historical view.
    • Support Global Report Catalog Design, and QA.
    • Create Workday HR reporting/dashboards (Absence, Total Rewards, Compensation, HCM Core, Performance Management) to support Executive Data needs.
