Job Summary/ Essential Job Functions:
Manage, monitor, revise and review vendors' XRF lead report for HPD submissions; assist with Maximo data entry, and verify invoices from various vendors; Review multiple development directories in Teams for incoming reports; Download WO folders and XRF datasheet files; QA files for basic processing requirements; etc.
Duties:
- XRF Lead report submissions/ QA tasks when needed
- Visual assessment invoices and backlogged WOs
- XRF Closed WOs due to moveout
- Check the WO in Maximo to see status of reports
Job Type:
Contract
Pay:
$33.00 per hour
Experience:
- SQL: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Long Island City, NY preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Long Island City, NY 11101: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
