The Opportunity


This role will support assigned business line by developing standardized and ad hoc reports, accurately capturing data within various systems, and effectively presenting information to senior management team.

Primary Responsibilities

Gather and analyze data from several source systems and translate findings to deliver high quality reports

  • Leverage business line knowledge to review contracts and interpret wording to ensure appropriate documentation, storage and service
  • Perform quality control audits and conduct peer review to ensure data accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and adherence to underwriting standards and best practices
  • Monitor development of results, communicate progress and identify inefficiencies within area of responsibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by staying abreast of market dynamics, sharing knowledge and expertise, promoting organizational growth and guiding on best practices
  • Contribute to a positive environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and guiding leaders to reward performance and value "can do" people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun
Required Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Required Experience

4 years relevant experience

  • Working knowledge of various types of insurance and distribution models including systems and processes supporting these
  • Deep understanding of terminology, function and fundamental capabilities of common computer, software (MS Word/Excel/Access, SQL), information and communication
  • Policies, practices, trends, technology and information affecting his/her business and organization
