    Position Details:

    Title:
    Reporting Analyst


    Location:
    Jersey City, NJ/ Chicago, IL/ Dallas, TX/ Atlanta, GA/ Richmond, VA


    Compensation:
    $59.86

    Duration: 18 Months

    Interview: 1-2 Rounds- Panel Interview


    Day-to-Day:
    Manage/allocate tasks to a team of reporting analysts (about 40 ppl)
    Define metrics for processes
    Oversee the creation and implementation of standard procedures for the team
    Collect and analyze data for reporting
    Design and develop reports in PowerPoint
    Budget for the team and provide estimates
    Represent the team in front of the finance group
    Analyze team performance and communicate findings to management


    Must Haves:
    Experience managing a team
    Experience developing and implementing standard procedures
    Experience with process measurement and metric definition
    Data collection and analysis
    Report design and development (using PowerPoint)
    Budgeting and cost estimation
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Strong analytical skills


    Plusses:
    Finance/banking industry experience
    Financial reporting
    Data visualization tools (beyond PowerPoint)
