    What You Will Do:

    • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique needs and providing customized insurance solutions.
    • Policy Administration: Oversee the entire lifecycle of insurance policies, from initial assessment and risk analysis to renewal and adjustments based on changing client needs.
    • Claims Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for claims, guiding clients through the process and ensuring a smooth resolution.
    • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all client documentation and internal processes comply with industry regulations and company standards.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, underwriting, and support teams to streamline client service and enhance product offerings.
