    Job DescriptionJob Summary:
    An Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining long-term, successful partnerships with key customers, leveraging a detail-oriented approach, strong communication, and strategic thinking.

    Duties / Responsibilities:
    • Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers by helping them achieve success that exceeds expectations.
    • Partner with customer and supplier teams to develop solutions for a fluid environment.
    • Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally).
    • Manage KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing initiatives to achieve results, and providing recommendations for improvement opportunities.
    • Gain in-depth product knowledge to develop diverse solutions for key customers.

    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights.
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
    • Proven track record of delivery on quota and obtaining positive results
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment and adapt to changes
    • Strong presentation and communication skills

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or another related area of study
    • 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry, with a focus on performance for internal or external customer base
