What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for national accounting and preparation of annual financial statements in compliance with commercial and tax regulations, including the preparation of the appendix and management report
  • You will be in charge of liquidity planning and control as well as internal reporting, with direct reporting to the management (m/f/d)
  • You will be the contact person for banks, tax advisors, auditors, tax office, insurance companies, BGHM, trade supervision, chamber of commerce, lead the SCC group, participate in ISO certification and prepare monthly and annual reports for the Statistical State Office
  • You will handle all company insurances as well as personal insurances, occupational pension schemes, etc. and represent the management in occupational safety meetings
  • You will be responsible for L+G preparation and reconciliation with the external payroll office and review and post travel expense reports
  • You will be responsible for personnel acquisition, preparation of employment contracts and references, as well as general HR tasks and will be the contact person for the employment agency and temporary employment agencies

What should you bring?

  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and/or human resources
  • You have experience in the field of personnel and personnel acquisition
  • You work in an organized and structured manner
