Job DescriptionSouthland Holdings is currently accepting resumes for a talented and organized Project Administrator professional to join our team as a Office Manager to assist our Chinle AZ/Farmington NM project.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
• Assist the Project Managers, Engineers with time card/time keeping employees
• Maintain record/files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted practices.
• Order supplies, maintain construction office environment
• Process New Hire paperwork, reports, safety projects, etc.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, updating logs, reports, weekly field employee time cards
• Backing up all documents, organizing project folders on to the drive
• Operate office equipment – fax, copiers and scanner.
• Some knowledge in Bluebeam is helpful (not mandatory)
• Assist with day-to-day record keeping, logs, invoices, POs and SAs.
• Assist with other projects as needed
