Description
This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. The Brand Manager drives business results by leading components of the marketing plan and is responsible for the alignment with the cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute projects with excellence.
Responsibilities
· Primary marketing contact for Clean Juice franchisees, including review of marketing plans and supporting local franchisee marketing initiatives
· Manage communications strategy and brand tone of voice through advertising, including: social media, digital, email, and other media
· Drive implementation of brand strategy to restore Clean Juice and BRIX Holding brands. Includes creative development, promotional programs, email program management, PR and social media planning and brand standards execution
· Collaborate with marketing team to develop external communications and campaigns .
· Continue to expand email program membership, benefits, and communication to create a sustainable growth engine for the brand.
· Partner with Sr Director and Chief Experience Officer to develop in-restaurant materials (menus and POP) and field communications
· Manage website design-functionality along with email data, and email communication
· Manage marketing material production, inventory, quality control and distribution of marketing materials through 3rd party fulfillment company (marketing portal)
· Partner with Finance and Operations to identify implications of each marketing initiative and make recommendations for success
· Prepare materials for internal and external presentations on campaigns, business plans and management communications.
