    Brand Manager - Atlanta, United States - Leap Brands

    Position Overview:

    As the Brand Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence and drive customer engagement.

    With a focus on creativity and innovation, you will lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty across various channels.


    Responsibilities:

    Brand Strategy Development:
    Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and target audience.
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify brand opportunities and consumer insights.


    Marketing Campaign Management:
    Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
    Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with brand messaging.


    Brand Messaging and Positioning:
    Define and refine brand messaging and positioning to resonate with target audiences.
    Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.


    Product Launches and Promotions:
    Lead product launch strategies and promotional campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
    Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.


    Creative Content Development:
    Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including advertising materials, digital content, and promotional assets.
    Ensure content reflects brand values and resonates with target audiences.


    Brand Partnerships and Collaborations:
    Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
    Negotiate and manage partnerships to maximize mutual benefits and brand exposure.


    Customer Engagement and Loyalty Programs:
    Develop and implement customer engagement initiatives and loyalty programs to drive repeat business and customer retention.
    Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.5+ of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

    Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on brand strategy and positioning.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
