**Position Title: Mortgage Sales Manager**
**Reports To: Chief Lending Officer**
**Responsibilities:**
Research and development of loan products and technology to best meet needs of public in lending area.
Develop plans to attain overall bank goals on production and income.
Develop proper internal policies and/or procedures for the production and servicing of 1-4 family residential loans in conformity with loan policy and applicable secondary market guidelines.
Monitor MLO production and make sure all compliance and regulations pertaining to Mortgage Origination are being followed properly.
Coach MLOs on sales process and cross sell opportunities.
Manage MLOs to ensure they are meeting yearly business plan goals.
Educate MLOs on industry and bank requirements.
Hold monthly and quarterly meetings with MLOs.
Hold sales calls with MLOs.
**Qualifications:**
**Education/Experience**
Bachelor degree required
Knowledge of all secondary markets programs, industry trends, and banking regulations
Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes and familiarity with variety of mortgage loan software programs
**Skills**
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Strong organizational skills
Computer skills
Ability to multi-task
