The general sales manager is responsible for the performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, from creative sales ideas to the development and promotion of the SPENGA brand. This position is initially part-time with potential for a full-time schedule (depending on experience and qualifications).

SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 55+ studios running and 340+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our learning management system, along with hands-on training with the management team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
