- Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings.
- Conduct thorough analyses of current processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and establish measurable goals.
- Provide training and coaching to employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams to drive change.
- Lead and support Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Workshops, and other improvement activities to drive tangible results.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to track progress, measure performance, and identify opportunities for further improvement.
- Develop and maintain standardized work processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Act as a change agent, driving cultural transformation and promoting a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Partner with suppliers and external stakeholders to drive improvements in supply chain processes and relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in continuous improvement to continuously enhance our processes and systems.
- 4 yr degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, Engineering or other related fields is preferred
- 3+ years manufacturing experience in a Continuous Improvement environment - TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and related process improvement systems.
- Proven track record of success in leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire teams at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive change and influence others to embrace continuous improvement as a core value.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
