Our Dunkin' Donuts locations in Smithfield are hiring for part-time and full-time positions.We are looking for fun, enthusiastic applicants who are committed to providing excellent customer service, a friendly and welcoming environment, and a clean restaurant for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that guests receive outstanding customer service
- Understand and comply to all instore marketing promotions
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve restaurant performance
- Communicate customer requests to management
- Complete tasks assigned by management such as cleaning, stocking, etc.
- Comply to instore expectations and standards
- Experience is not required as we will provide training steps
- All shifts available from early mornings to overnights
- We are willing to work around other schedules such as school commitments
- Many of our crew members have gone on and grown within our company, room for growth is available to those interested
- Applicants must be 16+
