    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the company's sales strategy, goals, and execution plan across various market segments and regions
    • Build and develop a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales professionals
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers
    • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and go-to-market strategies
    • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales processes, and drive continuous improvement

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams in the SaaS or healthcare technology industry
    • Extensive knowledge of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies, with a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and its challenges
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience in selling AI-powered or machine learning-driven solutions to healthcare organizations
    • Familiarity with the regulatory and compliance landscape in the healthcare industry
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
    • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development
