    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to join a growing, multi-state company.

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about utilizing data-driven insights to propel business growth, conduct in-depth market research, and develop strategies for competitive advantage.

    This role requires a keen understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.


    Responsibilities:

    • Data-Driven Analysis
    • Utilize various data sources to conduct a thorough analysis and derive actionable insights.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive databases to support decisionmaking processes.
    • Implement datadriven strategies to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
    • Market Research
    • Conduct detailed market research to identify key trends, customer needs, and areas for business expansion.
    • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry changes.
    • Provide regular updates on market conditions and potential business risks.

    Price Comparisons:

    • Perform comprehensive price benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze competitor pricing structures to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement effective pricing strategies.
    • Storytelling through Data
    • Develop compelling narratives and visualizations based on data to communicate business insights.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create persuasive presentations and proposals.
    • Use data to tell a strong story that supports strategic decisionmaking.
    • Benchmarks and Analytics
    • Establish benchmarks for key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals.
    • Provide regular analytics reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices based on analytics findings.
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, market research, or analytics.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
    • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with data visualization tools
    • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling.
    • Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscapes.
    • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and evolving business environment.
