We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team.
As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities to implement behavior management strategies and promote positive behavioral changes.

- Provide direct oneonone behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior management techniques and strategies as directed by the behavior analyst
- Collect and record data on individual progress and behaviors
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Collaborate with the behavior analyst and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling medical documentation
- Follow protocols and guidelines for applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong data collection skills
- Ability to follow protocols and guidelines for behavioral therapy
- Understanding of special education practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
