We are looking for new and experienced RBTs to provide in-home, in-school, and in-center services
Step Forward ABA provides Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services in the Broward county area and beyond. You will work together with a highly motivated and collaborative team to gain hands-on experience and direction to achieve your professional and clinical goals. There are many opportunities for professional growth, and you will be supported and encouraged in reaching your goals.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for either a full-time or part-time RBT to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is collaborative, motivated, ambitious, and potentially looking to transition to a Lead role or even a Student Analyst role in the future.
Must be willing to travel from client to client depending on caseload.Responsibilities
- Assisting in restructuring environments and activities to support the clients' behaviors
- Teaching skills that allow the individual to communicate and/or function more effectively
- Review behavior plans and other instructional materials developed by behavior analysts
- Facilitate consistent implementation of the behavior plan, and monitor outcomes.
- Implementing behavioral procedures for acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviors
- Data collection as prescribed by a recipient's behavior analysis service plan
- Communicate openly with behavior analysts and regional coordinator
- Complete daily progress notes related to implementation of the intervention plan
Qualifications
- A high school diploma
- RBT Certificate Required
- Experience is a plus
- Spanish Speaking is a plus
