    Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Chicago, ILAvailability: Full Time, On-siteCompensation: Weekly PayOur client is currently expanding their sales and marketing division and has multiple immediate openings with weekly payments.

    You will also be asked to process orders and modifications, as well as escalate complaints through various communication channels.

    To excel in this role, it is essential to remain calm and composed when customers are frustrated and possess proficiency in computer skills.

    ResponsibilitiesMaintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    Communicating with customers through various channels.
    Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    Knowing the brands products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
    Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    RequirementsHigh school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
    Ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
    Comfortable using computers.
    Experience working with customer support.
