RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish and build insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Insurance service can include responding to insurance inquiries regarding insurance availability, insurance eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
Use an insurance customerfocused, needsbased insurance review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Network to develop new prospective insurance customers is a variety of ways

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and listening
Strong work ethics
Reliable
Coachable
Positive attitude problem solving skills team player
Property & Casualty and Life and Health Licenses required or ability to obtain asap
Insurance agency experience preferred
Reside near our Chicago (north side) neighborhood
