    Identify and manage new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas market for Rolls-Royce Solutions America products and services and follow through from lead to saleProvide sales strategy and project management leadership for assigned market and customer accountsEstablish and complete achievable but challenging short-, medium- and long-term goals designed to promote and increase Rolls-Royce Solutions America's market penetration in the assigned area of responsibilityManages assigned area and account responsibilities from a total support perspective and establish and/or enhance customer relationships at the highest management levelTracks and reports trends, business conditions and account status, which will affect future sales.

    Resolves customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner that will create goodwill and future sales.

    Develops and maintains close working relationship with OEM dealer personnel for the purpose of maintaining and increasing penetration of sales.

    Provide accurate and timely input for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecastingPrepares and presents professional sales presentations.
    Attend trade shows and events and reports activities.
    Maintains knowledge of MTU products, applications, and policies.

    Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.

    Work Environment:

    Daily work is primarily performed in an office with occasional visits to field site environments (fracking, construction, trade shows, technical meetings).

    This position has a traditional work schedule (Monday - Friday) and the occasional non-traditional work schedule as required. While performing duties of this position, employees are occasionally required to work inside or outside of the facility. While working outside, employees will occasionally endure hot, cold, and humid temperature conditions. The employee is also occasionally required to work in environmental conditions where there are fumes, odors, gases, and dust. Please note, the conditions can be hazardous.

    While performing physical demands of the work environments, employees will regularly be requested to sit, climb, maintain balance, crouch and squat.

    The employee will occasionally be requested to stand, stoop and or kneel. Specific vision requirements for this position include having the ability to adjust focus and see in color. The employee is responsible for wearing hearing and other personal protective equipment as needed.

    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 5 years of experience in sales & service management in the Oil & Gas industry, or 9 years of experience in sales & service management in the Oil & Gas industry.

    Excellent knowledge of the general upstream, downstream Oil and Gas marketProven established relationship with major players in the Oil and Gas communityExcellent self-starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervisionExcellent ability to make independent decisionsExcellent oral, presentation and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation skillsStrong level of analytical abilityStrong technical knowledge of diesel enginesStrong leadership skills, especially in addressing issues that cross internal departmentsProficient with PC and MS Office SuiteProficient in English Ability to travel domestic & international 60% of the timePreferred:Knowledge of MTU products or comparable diesel products and their applicationsSpanish language skills
