    Job Description:


    The Creative Specialist Intern at Otter PR will spearhead our internal creative initiatives, focusing on advertising, social media, and video content to elevate our brand and engage audiences.

    This role involves leading creative concept development, guiding the creative team, and ensuring that all content aligns with our marketing objectives and brand identity.

    The Creative Director will manage project timelines and budgets, foster an innovative creative environment, and refine strategies based on performance data.

    By combining artistic vision with strategic oversight, this position is key to driving impactful, creative solutions that support Otter PR's goals.

    Responsibilities for Creative Intern:
    Creative ideas for social media content
    Work with team to produce content for all platforms
    Edit content and manage editing of content by our editors
    Engage other creators to help us grow
    Track social media metrics and KPIs


    Qualifications for Creative Intern:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Experience with social media
    Superior organizational and time management skills
    Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
