Join our team as an office management clerk at Linde and make a difference As an expert in administrative tasks, you will be a key point of contact for employees and customers.

In this role, you will organize and coordinate meetings and business trips for a team or department, handle visa applications, create presentations, and ensure smooth operations for all administrative matters.

You will also have the opportunity to take on administrative tasks in various business functions, such as procurement or order processing, using modern IT systems like SAP and MS Office.


During your training, you will spend several months working in different (project) secretariats and departments, such as purchasing, human resources, finance, or order processing.

This will give you a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of administrative work and allow you to gain practical experience.

You will also learn the theoretical foundations at vocational school, with support from Linde to deepen your knowledge and prepare for exams.


There are also opportunities for further education, such as becoming a certified personnel specialist or pursuing a part-time degree program.

The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years, with the possibility of shortening it.


To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for teamwork and communication, an interest in innovative technologies and creativity, a drive for better and more sustainable solutions, and strong organizational skills.

A friendly and professional demeanor, as well as a good secondary school diploma or higher education entrance qualification, are also required.
